When you purchase a membership, a valid payment method is required. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) until you cancel. Fees are billed and charged through our payment processor, Stripe, and Opes Analytics may appear as the merchant on your billing statement. If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect at your next renewal; you may cancel before then if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us through the contact form. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel before your renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

Unless required by applicable law, fees paid for a membership are generally non-refundable, including where you do not use the service or forget to cancel before a renewal.

All content on this site, including analysis, charts, graphics, and written reports, is the property of Opes Analytics and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access this content; it may not be reproduced, redistributed, or shared without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:
