This website is owned and operated by Opes Analytics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as they may be amended from time to time, with changes effective upon posting. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the site.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and will use the site in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

This site provides access to AI-assisted and quantitative market analysis, delivered either through one-time software licenses (Opes Terminal, Opes Deep) or through a subscription reports service (Analyst Reports). Bespoke work is provided under a separate written agreement. The service is educational and informational; it is not personalized financial advice, and it does not place trades or manage funds on your behalf. See our Legal Notice for the full disclaimer.

The AI analyst layer in our software uses your own Anthropic account and API key. Anthropic charges for that usage separately, and we have no control over those charges.

If you subscribe to Analyst Reports, a valid payment method is required. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) until you cancel. Fees are billed and charged through our payment processor, Stripe, and Opes Analytics may appear as the merchant on your billing statement. If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect at your next renewal; you may cancel before then if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

If you purchase Opes Terminal or Opes Deep, you pay once for a license to use that software; there is no recurring charge for that purchase.

You may cancel your subscription (Analyst Reports) at any time using the cancellation link in your confirmation email or on your confirmation page, or by contacting us through the contact form. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel before your renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

If you want to cancel within 14 days of purchase, contact us through the contact form so we can calculate any refund due.

Unless required by applicable law, fees paid for a membership are generally non-refundable, including where you do not use the service or forget to cancel before a renewal.

Fees paid for a software license (Opes Terminal or Opes Deep) are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we agree otherwise in a specific case.

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Software licenses (Opes Terminal, Opes Deep) are digital content: by completing your purchase you ask us to give you immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once your download begins. Analyst Reports is a service: if you ask us to start immediately and then cancel within 14 days, you will pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided. This does not affect your statutory rights, including where software is faulty or not as described. This section does not apply if you are buying for business purposes.

All content on this site, including analysis, charts, graphics, and written reports, is the property of Opes Analytics and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access this content; it may not be reproduced, redistributed, or shared without our prior written permission.

Your purchase of Opes Terminal or Opes Deep grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that software.

You agree not to:

• Access the site using automated means such as bots or scrapers
• Attempt to disrupt or overburden the site’s availability
• Share your account, membership access, or your Opes Terminal or Opes Deep license key with anyone who has not purchased it
• Use the site’s content for any unauthorized commercial purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opes Analytics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

In particular, Opes Analytics accepts no liability for any loss or damage, including loss of capital and lost profits, that results from any investment or trading decision you make in reliance on our analysis, ideas, scores, or other content. Those decisions, and any losses they cause, are yours alone. See our Legal Notice for the full risk disclosure.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, your membership, or your Opes Terminal or Opes Deep license at our discretion, including for a violation of these Terms & Conditions, without refunding fees already paid, except where required by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
